Sending Mascots out on jobs is easily one of the best ways to earn money quickly and to increase the Agency's fame level, which will, in turn, open opportunities to recruit more Mascots and locate higher-paying jobs for them to take. There are a total of 20 Mascots to recruit, not including your side-kick Pinky, and collecting them all will contribute towards a completed trophy list for the game.

As a rule of thumb, speak to Pinky each time you level up your Agency Fame, as it will result in her locating another Mascot for you to add to your roster.

All Mascots in Promise Mascot Agency (& Their Locations)

Mascot Name	How To Get Them
To-Fu	After speaking to the Mayor and returning to the Agency to reopen the business, To-Fu will approach you and be recruitable.
Kofun	After recruiting To-Fu, you can find Kofun at the cemetery in the north-eastern corner of the map.
Ichigo Love	To the south of the Game Center, where you submit any lost video games you find. Ichigo Love is situated at the fruit farm in the south-west.
Raijin-Kun	Head to the Kaso Shrine, where you'll also find the mascot priest and partake in their Shrine Town Quest.
Fujin-Kun	Once you reach Agency Level 6, speak to Pinky about recruiting more mascots, then go to the northern shore.
Oh	From level 7, find Oh in front of a block of apartments in District S.
Salary-Nyan	Once you reach level 8, find Salary-Nyan standing on the platform at the Train Station in the north-east, where you will take any stray cats you find as part of the town quest
Kaso-Koumori	At Agency Level 9, Kaso-Koumori is to the east of the Kaso Shrine.
Uguichu	Climb all the way to the top of the Mountain Summit at level 10 to find Uguichu
Tamageta	Can be found in the Hot Springs Resort once you are at Agency Level 11.
Tanukin	Tanukin is guarding the Castle once you reach Agency Level 12.
Tosu	Can be recruited from the Recycle Store in the east from Agency Level 13.
Natsukatshi	At Agency Level 14, Natsukatshi will be available from Mieko's Coffee Shop.
Kaki-Gory	You can find Kaki-Gory at the fruit farm in the south-east once you reach Agency Level 15.
Karoushi	Can be recruited from inside the Haunted Tunnel at Agency Level 16.
Mottsun	Once you reach Agency Level 17, go to the Morning Market in the south-eastern section of the map.
Neko Roll	At level 18, travel north of the Shrine to recruit Neko Roll.
Kabaya King	Once you reach Agency Level 19, go to the wharf in the far north, just west of the road to the castle.
Koke-Maru	During act three, speak with Peaches at her farm, then venture further into the rice fields and speak to Koke-Maru to recruit them.
Mike	Complete the main story, talk to Pinky, then go to the castle in the far north of the city to recruit Mike.

Recruiting all 20 Mascots will result in players earning the achievement called The Promise Clan, and will maximize efforts to make as much money as possible.
