From using a sphere like object to catch and summon monster to flying on the monsters and the summoning monsters to do battle what next. Is Nintendo going to sue them over graphic style aswell. This is just a blatant use of law to bully the competition and if you didn't realize it just yet Nintendo is going to keep making new gameplay patents until no one but Nintendo and affiliated companies can make games. From a family friendly company this behavior is just plain sickening. For those who don't get what I'm saying the patents will brake the indie game sector completely.
