I meet all the requirements by a massive margin. Had NSW online since the beginning, have hundreds of play hours and signed up within minutes of being able to on April 3rd and I haven't gotten an email yet.

In fact, I've seen no screenshots or heard details from anyone who has. So I'm not convinced they've actually gone out yet.
