Extremely disappointing. By the nature of the guild bank, it's also perhaps likely that the longer someone has been a loyal customer, the more they stood to lose in the aftermath of this bug. Blizzard's neglect to value their customers and direct appropriate resources to resolve the issue, and to provide a sincere apology, is sign enough that the Blizzard we once loved, has "left the building", soon to be followed by many subscribers should they keep this level of customer service up.
