When I first began watching it..it is very noticeable and a little off putting the politics they incorporated into the storyline which really had nothing to do with the game lore. They focus so much on Olroxs gay love affair and Annettes past American Enslavement; no Dracula or Vampire cult trying to resurrect Dracula; They used bits of the Bloodlines story but changed the timeline and the heroes involved.. That said...for what it was, it was ok in the end; the appearance of Alucard and Juste seemed to help it along.
