I have the game, and completed the story. Whilst I believe the game to be good for what it delivers, it is incredibly short. I completed it in a few days. Graphics are good, not amazing. The mech selection is VERY limited. While you can change out weapons, you cannot change engine on ANY mech. You cannot mod structure or armor types. Was it worth $60. Probably not since they will make you pay for every other DLC to continue the story. Speaking of story, it was overwhelmingly linear. There was only one storyline choice that could be made. Maps, had boundaries limiting movement. I did not make use of the multi-player option as my friends have not purchased it yet. I do think that would help tremendously in so much as the AI of your star is very poor. They would constantly walk in front of me as i was firing taking friendly fire. I think the story was good though. Also, you are shortened into what abilities your mechwarrior has. You don't get to choose. Actually, the more I think about it, the more disappointed I am.
