It is just XP. It's really not that big of a deal. And for those that don't wanna "lose all my stuff" it will take you just a couple hours of playing to unlock what you need. If you don't play that much use your permanent unlocks on the stuff you need for your main class. It's that easy. Common sense goes a long way people.
