That's not even really a question. Every persona game has had a different approach, a different twist, most of them decent at least.

Asking Persona 6 to not be Persona 5 is like asking the mayonnaise not to be the lettuce in your sandwich. It's a moot point.

Igor has always had a rather large role in the games anyway. I'd rather see Philemon make a new appearance.
