The 5 Elders do NOT have devil fruits. The manga chapter introduction of them in egghead at the peak of the fight did not name any devil fruits in their possession. Oda always let's us have the full reveal at that point similar to how he did with Kaido in the previous Wano Arc. The specifics of the five elders powers has still not been fully revealed.
