my boss doesn’t know squat about doing her job and only once did she mention there was a way to discount the controllers but couldn’t figure out how so we never discount controllers for people and we end up telling them up front that if they don’t have a controller to not bother trading it in and we won’t even test it because the missing controller will eat up the value completely

the amount of consoles i’ve been told were in working condition but literally wouldn’t turn on or the hdmi port wasn’t producing any picture even after trying different cords to see if it was the owner’s cord, and being told it worked the other night 🙄
