I can very safely say he did in fact use a macro and was caught cheating. The games system does not kick you for clicking a button as fast as you can but rather it detects if you click it faster than humanly possible. The man pays his own staff for the best roll possible gear in diablo 4 and claims he has skill and then tries himself at a game thats more like dark souls than diablo
