First, check that you have your flaps at 10, and go to full throttle or TOGA. I use a Boeing Yoke and throttle, and sometimes bump the throttle sliders at the bottom, and the sim thinks you are using them. Take off at 55 knots, at 10 degrees, and retract flaps. I hope this helps.
