There are so many different things about goku and which dragon ball character is the strongest. (And what I mean bye dragon ball I mean are parts of the series). Idk if this counts but I think Gohan is the strongest dragon ball character bc in the movie he goes beast mode and it says that Gohan beast form is the strongest. But, if we are including immortals then Zeno, whis comes in second
