Honestly, Fused Zamasu should be on this list. Even when he was "killed", he continued existing and the only solution was Zeno's erasure. Also, in the manga, Goku actually used the Hakai on half him, but he even regenerated from that which caused his purple, corrupted half. He regenerated from the Hakai, a one shot, although it wasn't as strong as someone like Beerus' it's still a crazy feat
