I actually just finished watching all the one piece movies recently. You don’t need to watch the movie at all really because it’s not technically canon. There are canon elements, sure. But the events in the movie don’t actually happen. I watched it, I like the movie but it’s not necessary to watch in any regard imo. It seems at least right now canonically Uta is a character that is eluded to but doesn’t seem to have a major role in the actual One piece universe. We will see what Oda does in time but if she were important to the current narrative and storyline I would assume that Oda would make it apparent in the manga at somepoint. What matters most is what is detailed in the manga so if she isn’t detailed in the manga she must not be that important at least right now. And it was mainly to put a fun movie out again like they have been doing for the past 25 years. At least that’s how I see it.
