Persona 3 Reload: How To Get & Use Heart Items
The wording seems a little unclear here, BUT you are able to get all heart items multiple times (to my knowledge) by either registering the persona in the compendium before it drops the heart and summoning it and re-leveling it OR by re-fusing the persona instead of using the compendium! Not limited to one per playthrough
