Poachers bow should be on the list. It's 170 damage, 13 str & agi requirement. Not sure about draw speed. It can be picked up in act 1 right by the bandit camp where you're attacked in the prologue. South of the camp, up the western hill, you'll find a poachers hut. Look up (missed it despite henrys comment on it the first playthrough). Opens up new dialogue with gamesmaster & gnarly. No one talks about this bow and it literally carried me up until I got to ranyeks in act 2.
