See AllThe Switch 2 Could Be Teed Up to Make Good On One Highly-Requested Zelda Release
Kind of hilarious calling them two of the most beloved entries when both were pretty much shunned at first, lol.
Gotta love that crowd that bombs them when they arrive, and after "a few years" they are suddenly classics that everybody just has to have.
Serves them right for treating them like they did upon release.
Ninty is very much in the right holding these back.
Between Final Fantasy and Zelda, both of which are franchises that were absolutely built on change, it's no surprise that they do this kind of thing.
Sit back and wait.
You'll get them, but fans deserve this 100%
A Final Fantasy 9 Remake is Already Sitting on a Powder Keg
🤔Idk.
I'm not a stuck in the past kinda guy even though this is tied for my favorite game of all time with the Xenosaga series.
I like new and old iterations of things, so I like all of the Final Fantasy games in one way or another.
This series was built on change and I know that they will inevitably change one thing or another and I'm sure that I will end up enjoying it.
That being said, Idk why they would have to change Ozma.
It is completely optional.
People who play it will most likely be in a couple camps like the completionists, vets, newcomers and the person who just wants the story just to name a few.
The completionists will seek out the fight and enjoy it and get that feeling that they seek when they platinum it, the vets will probably seek it out for the nostalgia, while the newcomers and story lovers may or may not seek out any optional content.
It's kind of a whatever kind of a deal for me personally, but I say just keep Ozma the same.
Those who want to fight it can, and those who don't may never even find it.
Of all the things that need/could change, this seems like something that can just end up being a one for one and nobody would really care.
Maybe a little tweak here or there for the vets to help it to seem fresh, but in the grand scheme of things this wouldn't be even on the list of things that I feel needs an upgrade/downgrade.
That's just my two cents, though.
