Primarina EX might make Lapras EX obsolete, but Venusaur EX not so much. Both have their own set of tools to use that’s it’s an apples to oranges.
Neither hit especially well, though Primarina gets a little help with Hau. Primarina might even be the bigger disappointment in that it can’t 1-shot Charizard EX or Incineroar EX, which it has advantage against.
I don’t think Leafeon is the “Worst” card of the set. It has potential, as illustrated by the Leafeon EX and Serperior synergies. Problem with it is it takes much more work to go right than the monsters that is Buzzwole EX UB deck and Meowscarada.
Worst card of the set, or at least the Eeveelutions, is Jolteon imo. A Stage 1 that only hits for 60 on the turn it evolves and then swings for 40 every other turn. Best case scenario you’re sniping an Eevee or Type: Null, but then your dealing Kartana levels of dmg with only Eevee Bag to support it. Don’t compare at all the Silvally from the last set.
