They will not be sued because unlike palworld no infringement happened. Nintendo went after palworld because they basically just took a pokemon then changed it slightly and called it a Pal. Nintendo didn't sue for this but that is what caused this. ANIIMO looks to be all original. There creatures look more like monster rancher creatures then pokemon. Nintendo isn't going to sue every monster catching game that comes out. Just the ones that steal there designs and call them there own.
