How so? Give a few concrete examples of when solo leveling has shown any sort of excessive nationalism, or much of any really. I forget it doesn't take place in Japanese a lot of the time because there's so little focus on its background setting. And come on, there's no actual racism. A large part of the shows plot involves discussion about national interests, and it tends to paint Korea as one of multiple countries trying to juggle its own interests, a legitimate threat to the world with the gates, and trying to keep the -S-ranks from destroying society on a whim
Whoever wins, they'd better be quick about it, as having under five minutes of legitimate emotional response to his mom waking up near caused the shows fan pool (not a pool i recommend swimming in, btw...you know there's pee in there) to almost have a communal stroke of fury because...well, I'm still not very sure why.
