Broly was always designed to be an overwhelming character. You're not supposed to compare him to Goku and Vegeta. If, and I hate to say it this way, You're not a fan or somebody that follows dragon Ball yeah broly's whole thing doesn't make sense. But since the first Broly movie and how his character is designed, people know Broly is supposed to be in a league of his own. To add to that there's nothing normal about his super Saiyan. The power gap is purposefully designed that way. 10,000 plus power level as baby. Super opens the world up to different possibilities strength and power. Don't assign dragon Ball to a linear idea and you'll get the point.
