The fact is that nAruto already contains the Hashirama cells within him due to his prosthetic arm and he simply just needs to take some cells from Sasuke or any other Uchiha like Madara or Sarada.... And considering the power levels of Naruto he should be able to awaken the rinnegan much faster unlike Madara whom it took much more time. Even if he awakens it late, the newly discovered scientific ninja tools can be used in order to restrain he ten tails...
