One Piece: Is Luffy’s Strength Talent Or Hard Work?

It’s definitely hard work from what we’ve seen with during flashbacks to his young age, if he hadn’t trained hard with his brothers and Garp, he wouldn’t nearly be as strong as he was at the first few episodes and during the timeskip, luffy trained like hell with Rayleigh, even not eating for days at one point

i feel as if luffys bounty should be way higher than Kidd and law because of the impact he has made which is far greater than the two
