Nothing, because they had already moved on from the Wii and the Wii U and are all about the Switch and Switch 2. A lawsuit most likely would have happened if the Wii and Wii U were still in production today, but Nintendo no longer cares and I don't think a lawsuit is coming anytime soon.

The Leaving Neverland series has been a fictionalized story ever since Dan Reed came into the picture and he wants to give Wade and James an ending if they win the court case by doing a Leaving Neverland 3.

The problem is, Wade and James waited after Michael Jackson's death to accuse him, never fought to get MJ behind bars, and is now suing MJ's estate for millions of dollars! Wade and James have a BIG disadvantage in court because MJ does not have a criminal record and Wade & James didn't accuse MJ in his lifetime!

Leaving Neverland 2 offers nothing to the table, it just an updated story about the abuse of Wade and James that didn't actually exist! The first Leaving Neverland was all word of mouth and had no evidence of actual abuse, the sequel is just as terrible as the first one! It's all made up and is a story that you could make up and turn it into a Hollywood movie. Leaving Neverland 3 is only going to exist if Wade and James win their case, I doubt that will happen! Not Recommended!
