Most of these games u mentioned ain't even scary compared to horror games at their softest moments. The only possible I can agree is Subnautica.

How do u forget Dying Light?? The whole game is so fun during day but when night comes it's a total nightmare, when u see the sunset and hear the roars of the volatiles coming out of the dark caves and places makes everyone panic, even after playing for a long time and having powerful weapons and stats it's still horrifying and dangerous.
