I guess I have more than just one, so I'll break it down into arcade, and home console.
Arcade: Simpsons, and X-men are tied for first for me. Both of them are beyond nostalgic to me because my brother and I would play both of them a lot growing up. I think overall the Simpsons barely edges out X-Men for me because it was cartoony, colorful, fairly difficult (as a kid at least), but mainly it was fun. It was like playing a weird episode of the show, so it was very immersive.
Home Console: I played a lot of them growing up, but I always go back to Battletoads on NES. This game has a pretty notorious reputation within the retro community these days, but my brother and I owned it and would play it for hours and hours. It was REALLY difficult (not to mention the almost game breaking bug for two players on the Clinger Winger stage), but the countless hours we spent playing it taught me patience, and little by little we were able to work our way through it together.
