I'm convinced you don't play the game bud. 80+% of the basic pokemon available can either be 1 shot or 2 shot by Kanghaskans Dizzy Punch. Although not guaranteed every time, it is a very consistent strategy that I myself have used and witnessed demolish people in battle very early on in matches.
