My character is level 26 and I'm stuck on the quest with the bike. I have built 2 bikes. One of the bikes I could put vehicle fuel cells in. My bike bag is full of vehicle fuel cells. I don't get the gas can icon. My only option is inventory. 6% fuel is the highest I can get it. I can't ride the bike. I'm starting to think this is a bug but maybe I have over looked something.
