I think that Yuji will appear in a way that most of us won't expect. Instead of fighting Mahoraga/Dabura head on, he'll sacrifice his immortality in a binding vow to effectively cure Yuka's cancer. We have to remember that Modulo's made through trial and error, and one of the biggest of them is how he used the female cast as "sacrificial lambs." The most reasonable thing for Gege to do is to actually save Yuka rather than have her being treated like a weapon against Dabura.

We also still have the resolution between Yuka and Tsurugi that needs to happen. Tsurugi gives the ring to Yuka => remaining CE gets excised from Tsurugi => full HR awakening.
