I’ve been a Call of Duty player since day one; ever since I saw the very first screenshot of the original game. But over the years, the series has been worn down and over-monetized, losing much of what made it special. For the first time since its inception, I’ve chosen not to purchase the latest installment, and I don’t plan to buy another until the franchise returns to focusing on gameplay and creativity rather than squeezing every possible dollar from its players… which, unfortunately, may never happen.

In all honesty, with my limited gaming time right now, I didn't really have any major titles I had been excited for all year, but the more I see of Battlefield 6, the more I cannot wait to play it, so now I can easily say that Battlefield 6 will definitely be a day 1 play for me.
