There's a very good chance that Frankie will upgrade the Sunny a LOT during their stay in Elbaph, and yes: it could even be enough to accommodate having a giant on board; however, there is almost no chance that Loki is going to join the Straw Hats. Jivy: remember that Vivi may be the heir to the throne of Alabasta, but she is currently on the run and hiding with Morgan in his flying news ship. While she may have chosen to stay in Alabasta before, she clearly WANTED to join Luffy and crew. The time may very well be at hand for her to do so now. Yamato is needed in Wano, and she's dedicated to the Kozuki clan, so she's out. Bonney is a captain herself, and while she ended up at Egghead alone, I don't recall anything officially ending her crew, so I have my doubts about her. I've also heard people mention the mermaid princess, but she's only going to be an ally. Luffy said in the beginning that a crew of 10 should do it, and that is what they currently have, including Luffy. He never said he needed 10 MORE or 10 OTHERS. Similarly, he also said the ship is part of the crew, so if you count the Sunny, they have Luffy +10 now. Quit speculating every post that says "confirmed" when Oda hasn't confirmed a damn thing until it's actually in print.

The "God Valley Incident" refers to when Garp teams with Roger to take down Rocks. God Valley was a reoccurring hunting tournament location for the celestial dragons. Garling didn't opt to kill every living person... He just wanted to kill the slaves brought there as "sport."
