Tom Holland is a crappy Spider-Man in general so I didn't think any of his Spidey movies were anything special really. So what they really need to do is finally make another full-blown Tobey Maguire Spider-Man film and call it a day. The return of Tobey was the only worthwhile thing in No Way Home, so they just need to dump Tom once and for all and bring Tobey back indefinitely.
I could never get into the original novel and frankly think the original movie is boring as Heck for the first two hours or so, but once Barlow finally shows up and they start trying to kill him that's when the movie finally starts getting good. So I'm not sure if I'd wanna try another version of the novel, but if it has more exciting moments and less boring characterizations then it might be cool.
