@Joshua Newby
It is WAY too soon to introduce a character like Hush.
His whole thing is manipulation of the other villains to make life hell for Bruce/Batman.
The Riddler including the word "hush" asn't a hint, it was simply a fun reference since he was bring up a scandal involving the Waynes.
I would love to see The Court of Owls come into play though Mr. Freeze makes the most sense as the main villain.
Strongly agree about Joker, he should stay behind bars for the whole franchise, with zero interaction between Batman (deleted scene isn't part of the story).

You shouldn't push any expectations or rules into a fictional world.
The Dark Knight trilogy DID go fantastical, it simply kept it very subtle.
Likewise with The Batman, its within the realms of believability, however often many think "grounded" means the same thing as "realistic".
You can be grounded without making it follow the rules of reality.
As the article suggests, is it really that huge a leap to think a scientist has to keep his body cold and thus builds a suit to achieve that?
Or that he could weponise dry ice??
I don't think so.
Mr. Freeze isn't any more a metahuman than Batman is, he uses tech not powers.
