You really forgot Kashiwagi. He’s probably the 3rd best character in the game behind only Beast Kiryu and Breaker Majima. He has built in hyper armor and can knockdown whole hordes with his 3rd rush attack. Definitely above Sotaro and Legend Kiryu.
