Some of the information here is straight up wrong.
Kirby Air Riders did not involve HAL Laboratory at all (it was developed by Bandai Namco, led by Masahiro Sakurai), and Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour wasn't developed by "Nintendo," but by an outside studio they acquired, which they renamed "Nintendo Cube," the Mario Party guys. This is very easily accessible information on Wikipedia. Very surprising one wouldn't even bother doing a quick check there first before publishing an article like this.
"Nintendo EPD," by the way, is the generic name for ALL of Nintendo's in-house development teams, so that would mean that Mario Kart World and Drag X Drive were ALSO developed by Nintendo EPD.
