The Beekeeper's club. You can fast-run up to the tall spitting plants (or come up behind them) and, with the club, whack at them a few times. (2-3 whacks should do it.) They will die. Have fun! This is a great DLC!
The Beekeeper's demise. Have plenty of ammo on hand, just in case. He's really hard to kill. Enter the orchard; you'll be swarmed by the bees. Simply run to your left as you enter the gate. You should see the beekeeper but ignore him for now and enter the stone ruins of a building. The bees will swarm outside but not inside the building. Now, take out the beekeeper; he WILL follow you into the building/ruins. Once done, the bees will recede and disappear. They will not return. You can explore without having to worry about the swarms! Afterward, take the Beekeeper's Club as a melee weapon. It's highly effective! Fast and deadly.
