I have a portal ive never had issues with it and I'm always patient when it connecting. Once it connects using my mobile Hotspot it works just fine. I got decent internet at home and my ps5 is using an aethernet cable connected. Got a power line adapter in my room that helps connect aethernet cable directly to any device
