I don't get the concept of an anime beating another, it is just dumb. I watch both Gachiakuta and Solo Leveling, and the Apothecary Diaries, and Konosuba, and.... A list goes. Most of them are don't even air at the same season. These shows don't compete for a time slot on network tv. So who cares. Watch both, one of them, or none at all. Just enjoy whatever show you like.

The Crunchyroll awards aren't serious, they just proved that by making them about popularity and not quality. I love solo leveling, and also loved Frieren and I can tell the huge difference between the 2. Because of that I have never cared for the awards and probably never will.
