Dragon Ball: Blue Kaioken Is The Only Combination With SSJ That Makes Sense, And The Manga Is Right To Exclude Super Kaioken

He should be able to use it as Super Saiyan 4 which has much better energy control. Coincidentally, SSJ Grade 4 also has perfect energy control which is probably why they let Goku use Super Kaio-ken in filler.
