no... I do not think Zoe's child will play a part in the next game.... But Zoe will because she will not be that pregnant in the next day.... She will be barely even showing... You're forgetting about the timeline.... They only have 4 months till the planet dies anyway.... Along with the fact that that entity will be there long before Zoe gives birth. So if you're expecting the child of viral and Zoe the be in the game you're going to be disappointed unless she's subhuman and has a baby in a week!... Anyway, I personally think Zoe will have the baby at the end of the third game after the battle has been won, probably even as part of an ending montage.
