Lets be honest here, Blizzard could have allowed the void elf and Nightborne factions access to The Demonhunter Class since Battle of Azeroth, the reason it has tenken them this long to do so is purely because it is only now with the upcumming Legion remix that they can get around the lore block that is/was the Demon hunter legion hall and jail break opening.
