I'm sorry but no this has zero chance at going down as one of the best trilogies! For one thing it's going to be weird having two Batman's going at the same time. This 3rd movie might not even be made. Look what happened to Joker 2 for example at bombing at the box office. DC hasn't released a good movie in almost three years.
