Enshrouded is definitely in my current top 3. This guy needs to stay in more and actually play these kinds of games as there are dozens of better games then half this list. Sons of the Forest, Nightingale, Palworld, Project Zomboid, Sunkenland, Ark, and Rust just off the top of my head.
