I'd say those games have had a long enough break and in terms of Fallout Bethesda hasn't even released Elder Scrolls 6 yet so expect another 5-10 year wait for Fallout 5.

Pokemon doesn't nor will it ever take a break it's a money printing machine.

Ubisoft's fumble of Assassins Creed Shadows and the series in general along with Far Cry 7's delay shows Ubisoft needs a break or new leadership and better hires to lite a fire and make them remember how to make great games again.
