As a longtime NG player with countless Master Ninja runs, I can say that this list is objectively wrong. Flame Phoenix is absolutely, hands down, the worst Ninpo, with Void being easily the best due to its damage for boss encounters. This feels like misinformation that could lead players to a bad experience when they invest demon seals. Nobody, I repeat, nobody, levels Phoenix.
