He might, but how will they explain them going thousands of miles from New Vegas to D.C. In between seasons? I hope they don't go anywhere near the east coast. We've got enough nostalgia berries with this series. I'd like to see something new, not rehash the same tired tropes and locations we've already spent hundreds of hours in.

The sad part is that it's the lore nerds that think they know the lore that are getting it wrong because they're so eager to hate on everything that they aren't really paying attention to the show or using their brains to think about why certain things might be the way they are.

Why doesn't it work? We don't know when Howard is talking to House. Right after the party he tells his wife they need to talk and in the previous episode his wife was already packing things for a move into a vault. This could all be happening over a short span between that conversation and the bombs dropping. That and I didn't see any evidence in what he said that implied directly that 2065 was the future. The launch date he gave could be weeks away from that conversation and it would have been stated the same way. Day, month, year.

I just played through the series for the first time and there was fast travel before 5. Maybe not directly to every site, but part of the joy of these games is what happens between A and B, not just turning in rewards instantly.
