New-U stations are not canon. Using them to ressurect Jack means Roland and Maya's deaths will have to be retcon'd as well. As much as I'd love to have Roland back, and I know other fans love Maya, it doesn't make sense to try and undo all of us progressing past those deaths just to say "just kidding, they just went into hiding for a game and a half/ half a game."
