The people complaining about this were never going to play the game anyway. Assassin's Creed games have always been ahistorical, just look at the whole Isu plotline and other historical innacuracies in the name of making an interesting plot. I frankly don't even care if Yasuke was a Samurai or not. He's an interesting historical character and I'm looking forward to playing as him. And don't fear weaboos, there's always Naoe the Shinobi to play as! Of course the issue there is she's a woman and the same people who would complain about a black man in Japan would also complain about a female protagonist.
