With the main titles of the FF7 series there seems to be a link-something to to do with a new start/ new life. It could be:

Revival

Reborn 

Remade

Reincarnate

Renewal 

Reimagined

Reform

Reformation 

Retold 

Rewrite

Redraft

Rewritten

The main thing that really bugged me about Chadley was how watered down the search for summons became.

In the original FF7 we had to find the summons ourselves. Some were incredibly easy to miss which made them more valuable and rewarding to find.

Since Chadley came along, he became a sort of vending machine of summons. Not only that but the description of the summons normally says something like 'recreated in virtual reality'. I think both these things just ruins the intrigue of these interesting mythical characters

Many bleak backstories for sure. Totally agree on FF6 because you are building up to succeed only to end up witnessing catastrophic failure and having to pick up the pieces after.

The captions describing each one on this article are fantastic. For FF10's Zanarkand though- don't you mean Tidus rather than Zidane (from FF9)?
